
Call Center Agent β Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact via the call center.
β’ Enroll all new patients and assist existing patients.
β’ Handle calls from patients needing medical assistance and either provide or collect required information.
β’ Accurately create, update, and retrieve confidential patient records in the EMR system.
β’ Organize appointments by collecting demographic details, referral sources, and clinical information.
β’ Monitor call flow and seek or provide assistance as necessary.
β’ Coordinate with all departments to reduce wait times and deliver exceptional customer service.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
β’ Excellent communication skills with a warm and professional phone demeanor.
β’ Detail-oriented and highly organized; capable of managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
β’ A collaborative team member who excels in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
β’ Prior experience in call centers and healthcare services is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) is preferred.
β’ Travel is not required for this position.
