CAD, Polylining, Space Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide CAD and Polylining services during the deployment of IWMS/CAFM software.

• Maintain and connect CAD drawings with the CAFM/IWMS platform.

• Examine AutoCAD drawing files and field redline drawings for thoroughness.

• Execute routines to detect missing polylines, duplicates, gaps, and overlaps.

• Assign unique identifiers to spaces.

• Generate _Arch, _Floor, and _Poly drawings.

• Polyline and label room numbers accurately.

• Record necessary polyline modifications.

• Link polylines with SpaceID blocks.

• Upload drawings and published background files to the client account server.

• Publish architectural, furniture, and column files.

• Create and uphold the client master drawing library.

• Load CAD space codes, areas, and coordinates from drawings.

• Populate the CAFM/IWMS platform with space categories, types, standards, room numbers, names, and business organization.

• Capture additions or modifications to attribution in FMS or other CAFM systems based on field redlines.

• Assist in implementing enhancements to IWMS.

• Undertake additional assigned duties and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Over 3 years of CAD/CAFM drawing or related technical and project experience.

• Strong proficiency in CAD tools.

• In-depth knowledge of CAD/CAFM/IWMS systems.

• Exceptional skills in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word.

• Experience utilizing CAD/CAFM/IWMS data to execute projects.

• Proven ability to manage multiple CAD/CAFM/IWMS implementations and projects simultaneously and remotely.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to express ideas succinctly and objectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.

• Ability to self-manage and make informed decisions.

• Skill in fostering relationships that can lead to long-term assignments.

• Strong collaborative abilities.

• Familiarity with and experience in implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
