C# .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the CRM platform, a WPF application, alongside associated internal applications and services.

• Engage with both the .NET Framework and contemporary .NET codebases.

• Construct and sustain backend Web APIs, Windows services, and services hosted on Docker.

• Take part in requirements analysis and the development of new features.

• Design, compose, and test SQL modifications for PostgreSQL databases.

• Adhere to review and approval protocols for changes to the production database.

• Contribute to decisions regarding data models and architecture.

• Operate within Git-based branching and release workflows, from feature branches through QA to production.

• Assist with deployments across TEST/QA/LIVE environments using Docker, IIS, and ClickOnce.

• Engage in release validation and post-deployment checks.

• Collaborate with the Team Lead, QA, and Business Analysts throughout the lifecycle of Jira tickets.

• Participate in troubleshooting and responding to production issues.

• Document technical modifications and enhance the team's internal knowledge repository.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem, encompassing both .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 9.

• Proficient in building and maintaining Web APIs utilizing ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.

• Experienced with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.

• Familiar with Docker and deployments of applications on Linux.

• Knowledgeable in Git-based version control and branching strategies.

• Experienced with Jira or a comparable issue-tracking tool.

• Comfortable navigating both legacy and modern codebases.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in English.

• Strong communication skills coupled with a collaborative and detail-oriented mindset.

• Preferred: experience in Windows desktop application development and ClickOnce deployment.

• Preferred: familiarity with IIS and WebDeploy.

• Preferred: experience with Blazor Server or a similar ASP.NET UI framework.

• Preferred: PowerShell scripting experience.

• Preferred: experience with SFTP/FTP-based data integrations.

• Preferred: experience in mentoring or onboarding fellow developers.
