Business Systems Analyst – Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM application consultancy initiatives for key clients

• Collaborate with technical delivery and account management teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and project success

• Assist in selling and positioning additional services for the company

• Create integrated project plans and serve as the main point of contact for clients

• Establish, track, and integrate projects using analyses, performance metrics, and risk evaluations

• Negotiate project modifications and uphold statements of work, budget, and schedule baselines

• Lead and guide a remote project team

• Manage cross-functional client projects

• Supervise project budgets and drive necessary adjustments

• Organize internal business units to execute projects within defined scope while managing client expectations

• Oversee a portfolio of diverse projects and maintain transparency of progress to clients and Datavail management

• Adapt project management methodologies utilizing Agile and Waterfall techniques

• Develop integrated timelines, including critical paths, ensuring resources are utilized as planned

• Monitor, track, and manage project modifications through formal change control procedures

• Contribute to Datavail PMO standards, processes, and tools to foster continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years in Project/Program Management or an equivalent blend of education and experience

• At least 4 years of experience managing ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM projects in either cloud or on-premises environments

• Proven experience leading globally sourced project teams utilizing a global delivery model

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related discipline

• Over 15 years of professional services experience directing projects for external or internal clients

• Familiarity with PMP or Agile implementation methodologies

• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Fusion Middleware, and associated technologies

• Required experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies

• Strong leadership abilities and capacity to interface and report project status to client executives (C-Suite)

• Successful experience managing implementation projects

• Exceptional customer communication skills

• Specialized knowledge in ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM
