• Evaluate business systems within the food systems and retail sectors.

• Convert technical concepts into straightforward instructions for development teams.

• Assist in managing changes related to people, processes, and technology in a fast-paced and intricate operating environment.

• Foster communication and collaboration between IT teams and business stakeholders.

• Lead discussions between technical personnel and business staff.

• Utilize knowledge of QSR/convenience store hardware and technical architecture, encompassing networks, firewalls, POS, and payment systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Applications Analyst, ideally in a technical field.

• In-depth understanding of QSR/convenience store hardware and technical architecture, including hardware, networks, firewalls, POS, and payment systems.

• Some experience with IT networks, particularly with routers and firewalls (preferred).

• Background working with franchises and restaurant organizations (preferred).

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to translate technical concepts into clear instructions for development teams.

• Competence in driving changes related to people, processes, and technology in a dynamic and complex operating environment.

• Proficiency in effectively communicating and collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders, including facilitating discussions between technical and business personnel.
