Business Systems Analyst – Finance Systems, Quote to Revenue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist in the enhancement and support of financial systems within the company's Quote-to-Revenue framework.

• Oversee the functional design, configuration, and integration of Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL.

• Collect and document business requirements, designing scalable and compliant system solutions.

• Adhere to ASC 606 and IFRS 15 accounting standards.

• Identify and resolve system data inconsistencies, reconciliation challenges, and process bottlenecks.

• Conduct testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance for billing and revenue recognition processes.

• Create, configure, troubleshoot, and enable comprehensive Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Recognition workflows.

• Support automation and integrations utilizing Workato.

• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Accounting, IT, Engineering, and various cross-functional teams.

• Manage release schedules, change requests, and system enhancements.

• Ensure adherence to internal control frameworks and external reporting standards through SOX controls.

• Offer post-implementation support and promote continuous improvements.

• Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative Agile/Scrum delivery.

• Conduct data analytics using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Seven (7) years of experience as a Billing Solution Architect, Billing Solution Developer, Billing Solutions Consultant, or a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Revenue Value Streams.

• Proficient in Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue (RevPro).

• Familiarity with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 accounting standards.

• Experience in integrating Zuora systems with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL.

• Proficiency with Data Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, Workato, Boomi, and MuleSoft.

• Ability to elicit, document, and transform complex business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and data mapping documents.

• Understanding of SOX controls.

• Skill in diagnosing and resolving system data discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and process bottlenecks.

• Experience with Lucidchart, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

• Background in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile/Scrum delivery.

• Must have employment authorization in the U.S.
