This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Execute data analysis and reporting management using Excel, data warehouses, SQL, and Tableau.
• Aggregate and transform data from various databases.
• Perform root cause analysis, quality assurance, trending, and advanced analytical modeling.
• Establish variable assumptions.
• Condense and present analytical insights for stakeholders, partners, and leadership.
• Create, propose, and implement action plans and process enhancements.
• Convert business requirements into specifications for recurring reports.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and facilitate working sessions.
• Provide precise data, findings, and recommendations.
• Maintain relationships and offer updates on initiatives.
• Oversee smaller projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, and monitor progress against objectives.
• Design visual and graphical materials for updates to leadership and partner teams.
• Identify connections among metrics and processes across various businesses.
• Engage in innovation and automation initiatives.
• Offer guidance and mentorship within the team.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and validation tasks.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and DaVita policies.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2-3+ years of experience in data analysis and proficiency with Excel pivot tables.
• Capability to analyze complex data to support proactive business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional presentation skills and experience in project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for performing key functions.
• Preferred: experience with SQL and/or Python, VBA, Power BI, Microsoft Access, Excel Macros, Tableau, Netezza, and Google Cloud.
• Preferred: certifications in coding and Excel.

• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies, including SQL, database development and management, Tableau, Google Cloud, and data visualization.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare reimbursement is preferred.
• Familiarity with admissions, billing, and collections is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, rules, and Coordination of Benefits is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
• Ability to lift 5 to 50 lbs unassisted and perform tasks such as standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, and reaching.
• Manual dexterity and capability to use computer keyboards and peripherals.
• Ability to differentiate colors on a test strip may be required.
• Must be able to work on computer screens for over 8 hours a day.
