Business Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and interpretation to connect business needs and objectives within the assigned function.

• Assist business initiatives through data analysis, identify barriers to implementation, and perform user acceptance testing.

• Identify and assess user requirements, procedures, and challenges to enhance current processes.

• Carry out in-depth analysis on various projects, suggest business solutions, and ensure effective implementation.

• Improve performance management and operational reports associated with new business implementation processes.

• Collaborate with business units and departments to create and deliver training programs.

• Develop, disseminate, and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Identify issues and discover opportunities for process redesign and enhancement.

• Formulate and revise departmental policies and procedures.

• Act as the subject matter expert on the product related to the assigned function.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the necessity for employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Snowflake queries and coding is preferred.

• Familiarity with Power BI is preferred; knowledge in building/designing is optimal.

• Experience with NCQA data is preferred.

• Willingness to travel is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is necessary.

• 4–6 years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Project management experience is preferred.
