📋 Description

• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Provide actionable analysis and recommendations through both written and visual formats.

• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to enhance and automate processes and data sources.

• Identify opportunities for improvement, evaluate tool usage, and implement solutions for increased efficiency and accuracy.

• Standardize reporting and workflow processes, including documentation and knowledge transfer.

• Facilitate change management by collecting requirements, gathering user feedback, and training end users.

• Lead the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, and tools for strategic planning and performance monitoring.

• Conduct analysis to support the decommissioning, optimization, or redesign of outdated systems.

• Act as a primary contact for internal data inquiries and escalate technical issues as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong expertise in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, and Excel.

• Knowledge of data integration concepts.

• Capability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Experience in process mapping, workflow automation, and designing reports.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.

• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and effective problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to think strategically and comprehend complex business challenges.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and organizational levels.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 5% of the time.
