Business Analyst – PO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements.

• Transform business needs into comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

• Assist Product Owners in managing and refining the product backlog effectively.

• Conduct research and analysis to uncover business opportunities, process improvements, and product enhancements.

• Work in close partnership with Engineering and Design teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.

• Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies actively.

• Aid in defining and documenting workflows, business processes, and system requirements.

• Support testing efforts by validating completed functionalities against business requirements.

• Monitor product performance and solicit feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.

• Produce reports, presentations, and documentation to convey findings and recommendations.

• Assist in aligning business goals with delivered product functionality.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential gaps within product initiatives.
