Business Systems Analyst – CRM, Low-Code

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Set up sections, objects, reference data, and the product catalogue for retail, corporate, Islamic, and private banking sectors.

• Create and develop comprehensive business processes using the BPMN designer.

• Establish dynamic case flows for leads, referrals, and opportunities.

• Design Freedom UI screens, forms, dashboards, and reports.

• Configure roles, organizational structures, and access rights at both record and field levels.

• Engage in fit-gap workshops to assess requirements.

• Gather requirements from business subject matter experts (SMEs) and convert them into use cases.

• Determine where the product meets existing business requirements.

• Develop proof-of-concept screens and demonstrations for client assessments and presales activities.

• Document and maintain configuration guidelines.

• Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for configured solutions.

• Work closely with the solution architect and developers on the interface between configuration and custom development.

• Present completed work directly to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a systems or business analyst in enterprise system implementations (CRM, ERP, BPM, ECM).

• Specific implementation experience is required—support or data analytics experience is not acceptable.

• Proficiency in BPMN at the design level, including comprehensive processes with gateways, parallel branches, timers, and escalations.

• Fundamental understanding of relational data modeling: tables, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships, lookups, and normalization.

• Practical configuration experience on low-code platforms, CRM, or BPM solutions such as Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, ServiceNow, Camunda, Appian, Mendix, Bitrix24, Odoo, 1C, or similar.

• Experience in configuring role models and managing access rights.

• Direct experience interacting with clients, conducting workshops, demonstrating work, and gathering and confirming requirements.

• Technical literacy: ability to comprehend SQL queries, understand REST APIs and JSON, and review logs.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Preferred: Experience with Creatio or certification from Creatio Academy.

• Preferred: Knowledge of the banking or financial services sector.

• Preferred: Experience working at a systems integrator serving corporate clients.

• Preferred: Quality Assurance background in implementation projects.

• Preferred: UX sensitivity for business applications.

• Preferred: Bilingual skills or experience with RTL interfaces.
