This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert business requirements into clearly defined user stories that include descriptions and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog refinement by ensuring that requirements are understandable, achievable, and in alignment with business objectives.
• Support solution design sessions by supplying necessary documentation and clarifications.
• Aid in scope management by documenting modifications and highlighting feasibility issues.
• Identify potential risks or obstacles and escalate them for advice and resolutions.
• Collect stakeholder feedback to guide backlog prioritization, as well as requirements and dependencies.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams under the direction of senior staff.
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure readiness for delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Keep a clear and organized backlog, ensuring that items are ready for development.
• Guarantee traceability between business objectives and user stories.
• Acquire an intermediate understanding of the digital ecosystem, including CMS, CRM, and related engagement platforms.
• Participate in team knowledge sharing, documentation, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital initiatives, software development, or IT projects as a Business Systems Analyst, or a comparable role.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (such as Sitecore, Optimizely, ContentStack, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred).
• Familiarity with digital ecosystems such as ERP, PIM, marketing automation, personalization, or customer service tools.
• Experience in an agency or consultancy setting is highly desirable.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of API-driven integrations and data interchange throughout the customer journey.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) is required.
• Proven experience in supporting backlog management, writing user stories, engaging in backlog refinement, iterative delivery, and UAT.
• Experience in agile delivery environments, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership are advantageous (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PMPO, CSM).
• Proficiency with the Jira/Confluence toolset is preferred.
