This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the technical health, listing management, and operational execution across AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, and the Direct Webstore.
• Facilitate product onboarding, updates, and deprecations, which include pricing, SKUs, license entitlements, descriptions, and media assets.
• Oversee AWS/Azure enterprise B2B Private Offer workflows from inception through post-sale transition.
• Collaborate with AWS and Azure partner teams regarding listing certifications, SaaS metering integrations, and co-sell prerequisites.
• Manage Jira trackers, lead sprint planning and delivery schedules, and identify obstacles.
• Keep RAID logs, decision records, and stakeholder communications updated.
• Organize UAT and take responsibility for release approvals.
• Recognize and spearhead the automation of repetitive operational processes using AI-driven tools.
• Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for digital commerce projects.
• Create BRDs, user stories, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Map data flows across the Webstore, NetSuite ERP, and AWS/Azure Metering APIs.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AWS/Azure Marketplace functions, metering APIs, SaaS contract billing, and private offers.
• Provide weekly and monthly status reports to leadership, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Develop operational dashboards to monitor marketplace GMV, private offer processing times, fulfillment SLAs, and entitlement activation rates.
• Collaborate with Finance on order reconciliation, entitlement provisioning, and period-end data requirements.
• Work with Sales on deal analytics and fulfillment transparency.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for listing updates, promotions, refunds, and license provisioning.
• Minimum of 2 years in a business analysis, systems analysis, or operations role focused on B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or digital sales channels.
• Practical experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace management, including listing administration, B2B private offers, SaaS contracts, or metering APIs.
• Proficient in using Jira for agile sprint/task tracking and Confluence for technical documentation and SOPs.
• Hands-on experience with BI and data warehousing tools, such as Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar.
• Capable of independently building and maintaining operational dashboards.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to independently create BRDs, SOPs, status reports, and stakeholder updates in a timely manner.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronously-focused environment across various global time zones.
• Familiarity with enterprise subscription billing platforms, payment gateways like Stripe, or B2B webstore engines.
• Exposure to ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite.
• Experience in QA or UAT coordination.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or no-code integrations.
• General understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or containerized software product categories.
