Business Systems, AI Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Transform repetitive founder-driven workflows into effective and clear operating systems.

• Change AI-assisted processes into workflows that managers and team members can utilize.

• Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, templates, forms, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and authoritative documents.

• Assist in recruitment workflows, candidate databases, screening procedures, interview materials, and assessment documentation.

• Convert meetings, transcripts, notes, and decisions into actionable items, designated owners, deadlines, and supporting evidence.

• Analyze business processes, transitions, decision-making points, obstacles, and failure points.

• Enhance file management, document control, naming conventions, access protocols, and source-of-truth discipline.

• Provide light business systems administration, access management, and IT issue tracking support.

• Aid teams in the safe and effective use of approved AI tools.

• Test workflows with users, identify adoption challenges, and refine systems accordingly.

• Create reports that illustrate what is functioning well, what is delayed, blocked, and what requires a decision.

• Establish operational infrastructure while ensuring business owners maintain accountability for judgment and final decisions.

• Capacity to simplify complex processes without unnecessary complications.

• Sound judgment concerning confidentiality, access, permissions, and approvals.
