This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with Account Directors, account leadership, client stakeholders, and subject matter experts to convert business requirements into cohesive strategies, priorities, and execution plans.
• Lead programs related to business services and operational initiatives that enhance service delivery and align with account goals.
• Propel operations, drive innovation, enhance organizational capability, and lead account transformation efforts.
• Oversee program timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, and action plans.
• Act as a reliable advisor to clients, account leadership, operations teams, and functional partners.
• Steer change enablement, stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership alignment, capability transfer, training, and adoption strategies.
• Formulate strategies for organizational transition, gap closure, and sustainable process improvements.
• Direct the account FM Center of Excellence, focusing on continuous improvement, Corrigo governance, NOC, call center operations, KPI management, and operational consistency.
• Manage HSSE programs and operations.
• Govern Corrigo work-order processes along with supporting systems, data, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled functionalities.
• Collaborate on disaster planning and business continuity measures.
• Create executive-level presentations, analyses, and recommendations.
• Drive strategic initiatives and operational projects across various functions.
• Document and standardize operational processes, standards, and best practices.
• Support innovation and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Enhance account performance through AI integration, process redesign, and improved operational governance.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, operational discipline, and a commitment to service excellence.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in facilities management, business operations, business services, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
• Proven track record in leading teams, programs, or large account initiatives in a complex, client-facing setting.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinking capabilities focused on enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and performance.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in synthesizing data from various sources into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated expertise in KPI reporting, performance management, and executive-level storytelling through data.
• Proficient in project and program management.
• Familiarity with change management principles and experience in supporting organizational transformation.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and execution capabilities, including managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• High level of accountability, initiative, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
• Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
