Business Systems AI Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Improve and integrate reporting tools, automation, and artificial intelligence.

• Maintain and upgrade tools developed internally.

• Create or assist in developing tools that analyze data to recognize similar or related tasks.

• Perform focused research on technical services to facilitate automation.

• Collaborate directly with MC&O leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate internal tools, optimize workflows, and utilize AI for automating manual tasks where feasible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related area.

• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and macros.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks, self-assign responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced proposal environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Applicants must be US citizens who can obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance as a condition of employment.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, Visual Basic/VBA, and/or Python.

• Experience in applying AI or generative AI tools to business or analytical challenges.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, or comparable platforms.

• Background in working with automation tools, data repositories, or legacy systems.

• Ability to maintain a positive, constructive attitude under tight deadlines.
