This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Propel the President's key initiatives from conception to execution.
• Establish an operating cadence centered around bi-weekly cycles and immediate priorities.
• Serve as the President's representative in relevant internal and external environments.
• Advance directives and initiatives with careful discretion and authority.
• Prepare for and follow up on meetings with the board, customers, partners, and internal leadership.
• Monitor action items to completion in collaboration with key partners and customers.
• Function as a strategic advisor for the President.
• Anticipate requirements, facilitate decision-making, and provide thoughtful pushback when necessary.
• Analyze business metrics and deliver structured, evidence-based decision support.
• Accompany the President on significant trips and high-priority engagements.
• Document decisions, foster alignment, and track subsequent actions to completion.
• Cultivate trusted relationships throughout the organization.
• Identify risks and opportunities while establishing feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with communications, investor relations, and PR on the President's communication strategies.
• Manage agendas and materials for leadership and segment-focused meetings.
• Assist in identifying, hiring, and onboarding additional talent for the President's office.
• 5-10+ years of experience in commercial, business operations, management consulting, or a strategic operational role.
• Proven track record as a Chief of Staff or similar high-impact operational role supporting a senior executive.
• Adequate technical and product knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
• Persistent follow-through and a systems-oriented mindset.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to influence executive stakeholders effectively.
• Structured problem-solving abilities in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work at various levels of scope.
• Willingness to travel periodically with the President and adapt to changing priorities in real-time.
