Senior Developer, Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and troubleshoot Salesforce systems throughout the organization.

• Configure, enhance, and resolve issues with Kantata SX.

• Optimize project setup, resource allocation, time tracking, and the handoff of revenue and billing.

• Create and sustain integrations between Salesforce, Kantata, Zuora, and other platforms using Boomi and APIs.

• Transition designs from requirements to production while documenting architectural decisions for review.

• Diagnose production issues across interconnected systems.

• Plan releases, adhering to change management and audit protocols.

• Review code and provide mentorship to fellow developers.

• Acquire knowledge and assist with applications that interface with Salesforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of practical Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow in a production environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in building and supporting integrations between Salesforce and various systems, utilizing APIs or middleware like Boomi or MuleSoft.

• Proficiency in deploying Salesforce changes using source control tools such as Git and deployment solutions like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX.

• Experience in supporting Salesforce in a production setting, encompassing troubleshooting, release planning, and change management.

• Capability to articulate designs and trade-offs to both business leaders and developers.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada.

• Visa sponsorship is unavailable.

• Familiarity with Kantata SX, Certinia, or similar professional services automation products is advantageous.

• Experience with applications that connect to Salesforce, such as Gong, Outreach, LEAH (ContractPodAI), Gainsight, Marketing Cloud, or Calendly is beneficial.

• Background in an internal IT or business systems team is a plus.

• Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is advantageous.

• Utilization of AI tools in development tasks is beneficial.
