This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the Ascora implementation and migration from the client's perspective.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Ascora’s implementation team and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee timelines, data, decisions, approvals, and deliverables in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Handle data migration, system setup, workflows, forms, templates, permissions, and integrations.
• Direct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, training materials, and conduct remote user training.
• Provide ongoing first-level support for systems and troubleshoot user-related issues.
• Enhance and maintain business systems, processes, customer relationship management (CRM), file management, and internal workflows.
• Create practical automations and integrations utilizing APIs, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Offer systems administration support for workplace health and safety (WHS), human resources (HR), marketing, website, and document management systems.
• Identify process inefficiencies, implement enhancements, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Manage timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business systems, implementation, IT coordination, or operations systems.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting software implementations or migrations.
• Preferably familiar with Ascora; candidates with experience in similar job/field service systems will also be considered.
• Strong competencies in system configuration, workflows, data migration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Exceptional skills in SOP creation, documentation, and user training.
• Proficient in English with confidence in communicating with Australian teams and vendors.
• Able to meet deadlines, manage stakeholder expectations, and escalate issues without formal authority.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in construction, trades, field services, or facilities is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Xero, CRM, APIs, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling confidential information and restricted system access.
• Candidates must be at ease working in a restricted-access environment and agree to sign a confidentiality and data handling agreement.
