This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of the company's business systems, with Salesforce serving as the primary system of record.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, IT, Security, and Legal to support the Quote-to-Cash process and the customer lifecycle.
• Manage the backlog and release schedule for Salesforce and related revenue systems, such as NetSuite, Deal Hub, HubSpot, billing, marketing automation, and support tools.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, security, and usability across the Salesforce data model, automation, and integrations.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, effort estimates, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee Salesforce user management, including licenses, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Take responsibility for Salesforce data quality and hygiene through deduplication, data imports, validation standards, and regular audits.
• Administer AppExchange packages and connected applications, including installation, configuration, license reconciliation, and upgrades.
• Address Salesforce support requests and direct defects to vendors or developers as necessary.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and create scalable workflows and automation solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional intake and change management processes, including logging, SLA triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and release readiness.
• Work together with Revenue Operations and Deal Desk on requirements, testing, and release readiness that impacts go-to-market strategies.
• Create documentation, enablement materials, and hold office hours for functional teams.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and support metrics to adjust the roadmap priorities accordingly.
• Prepare reports and updates regarding system health, process performance, and project advancement.
• Present risks, trade-offs, and obstacles to leadership, accompanied by options and recommendations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Systems, or Sales Systems roles.
• Extensive, hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, covering user and permission management, declarative configuration and Flows, reporting, data management, and release/sandbox practices.
• Sales Cloud experience is required; familiarity with CPQ, Service Cloud, and marketing integrations is a plus.
• Possession of a Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• Proven capability to design and document scalable, end-to-end business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to senior stakeholders.
