Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture customer relationships to pinpoint growth opportunities, enhance service levels, and boost revenue performance within designated territories.

• Examine customer purchasing behaviors, inventory usage, and revenue patterns to identify potential cost-saving measures and operational enhancements.

• Provide data-driven insights to customers and sales teams via phone, email, and business reviews.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to create solutions that meet customer needs and adapt to evolving market conditions.

• Implement inventory optimization strategies and product conversion projects.

• Utilize enterprise systems and customer relationship management tools to manage orders, address issues, monitor customer interactions, and support account performance.

• Facilitate regular business review meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales objectives, collection strategies, and operational priorities.

• Aid in onboarding and training initiatives by instructing field personnel and customers on ordering processes, inventory management practices, and available solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint in a professional setting.

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly sales order management functionalities.

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, JD Edwards, or comparable enterprise systems.

• Over 1 year of professional experience in sales support, supply chain, healthcare operations, customer service, analytics, business operations, or a related area.

• Skilled in generating reports and analyzing data with Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.

• Proficient in using business intelligence and reporting tools like Power BI.

• Preference given to candidates located in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
