Business System Analyst Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of intricate business systems and integrated technology solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to comprehend objectives and document both functional and technical requirements.

• Convert business needs into efficient system deliverables.

• Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, payment card solutions, EDI, and third-party ordering integrations.

• Manage projects from inception through execution, which includes defining scope, evaluating solutions, planning, coordinating, resolving issues, communicating with stakeholders, and facilitating knowledge transfer.

• Enhance methods, procedures, controls, and system processes while ensuring system and data integrity.

• Organize and coordinate comprehensive testing across integrated solutions, documenting test plans, test cases, results, defects, and approvals.

• Provide production support through issue troubleshooting, data analysis, coordinating corrective actions, suggesting process improvements, and training users.

• Mentor and guide team members, offer functional work direction when required, and stay updated on relevant technologies, business processes, and industry standards.

• Counsel management on technology and process-related decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• No current or future visa sponsorship for school/employment or other purposes.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, along with eight or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Advanced experience with SAP Sales and Distribution, particularly in Order-to-Cash, pricing, credit and payment card processing, and payment card integration.

• Experience with integration of third-party ordering systems.

• Familiarity with SAP integrations related to finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar business processes.

• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications within a manufacturing or distribution setting.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and all management levels.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple complex assignments in a collaborative environment.

• Competence to serve as a senior advisor to business and IT management.

• Skill in building effective relationships across functional, technical, and leadership teams.

• Ability to negotiate project priorities, solution approaches, resource requirements, and business outcomes.

• Capability to lead project teams and provide guidance to other team members.

• Relevant applications experience as specified by the hiring manager.
