Business Specialist – Credit Card

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary Business Analytics expert for the Credit Card product.

• Spearhead significant initiatives aimed at enhancing the card customer base, engagement, and profitability, from initial hypotheses to measured outcomes.

• Analyze retention, usage, and margins (P&L, DC, cohorts), transforming insights into actionable strategies prioritized by financial significance.

• Connect Product, Credit Policy, Collections, and CRM/Martech with an understanding of cross-functional implications.

• Manage budget and forecasting models, ensuring alignment with business decision-making.

• Assist leadership in outlining the product roadmap, establishing priorities, and formulating strategy.

• Incorporate AI into daily operations to expedite analyses, automate tasks, and elevate the team’s technical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• Integrate AI into daily activities as a fundamental aspect of the role.

• Proficient in SQL for data exploration and conducting independent analyses.

• Over 3 years of experience in Business Analytics or related fields, ideally within credit, credit cards, or fintech sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing P&L, unit economics, and/or forecasts.

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Technical acumen and analytical precision, focusing on causal inference rather than solely descriptive analysis.

• Analytical perspective that links data to financial outcomes.

• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to operate autonomously from the ground up.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating analysis into decisions for executive leadership.
