This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the position, analyze the market, develop the search strategy, and draft outreach communications.

• Utilize response and progression metrics to enhance sourcing outcomes.

• Collaborate with the recruiter from the initial briefing through to candidate transition.

• Create market maps and perform direct searches for key business roles.

• Engage in tailored outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn, relevant communities, and additional channels.

• Assess candidate interest, availability, and fundamental fit.

• Ensure a thorough handover to the recruiter.

• Analyze response rates, positive responses, and screening conversions to refine targeting and messaging.

• Assist in developing the sourcing practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical sourcing experience or compelling evidence of your ability to quickly master the skill.

• Capability to formulate search strategies and utilize Boolean logic.

• Experience in crafting and enhancing outreach based on the quality of responses.

• Proven track record in building a pipeline from the ground up for challenging roles, including an analysis of failures and adjustments made.

• Numerical accountability for responses, positive responses, screening, and downstream conversions.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Methodical follow-up practices.

• Openness to question a deficient search premise.

• Residency in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain is required.
