This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the hiring roles within the business and identify the corresponding market.

• Develop direct search strategies for key business positions.

• Create personalized outreach messages for passive candidates on LinkedIn, in relevant communities, and through other channels.

• Assess candidate interest, availability, and basic compatibility.

• Ensure a smooth handover to the recruiter.

• Analyze response, positive response, and screen conversion data to enhance targeting and messaging.

• Collaborate with recruiters from the initial briefing to candidate handover.

• Assist in establishing the sourcing practice while working closely with recruiters and decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical sourcing experience or significant proof of the ability to quickly master sourcing techniques.

• Capability to formulate search strategies and employ Boolean logic effectively.

• Experience in crafting and refining outreach based on the quality of responses.

• Proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch for challenging roles, including analyzing setbacks and adjustments made.

• Numerical accountability for response, positive response, screen, and subsequent conversion metrics.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Consistent follow-up discipline.

• Openness to challenge an ineffective search approach.

• Candidates must reside in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain.
