Business Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and development of scalable business solutions tailored for general and client-specific requirements.

• Examine financial data, identify patterns, and deliver actionable insights to inform business strategy and solution design.

• Collaborate with technical teams by leveraging knowledge of technology platforms and systems.

• Participate in high-level negotiations and cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders.

• Analyze complex business challenges and propose best practices for ongoing improvement.

• Assist in solution implementation while ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and customer expectations.

• Utilize advanced analytical thinking to support strategic decision-making and foster a data-driven culture.

• Promote change and innovation by comprehending organizational dynamics and interdepartmental workflows.

• Formulate strategies for new offerings based on client requirements.

• Evaluate customer needs and create solutions that leverage the company’s strengths.

• Ensure compliance of services, procedures, and practices with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with sales, practice, and delivery managers to define capabilities and solution strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated experience in business architecture, solution development, or product strategy roles.

• Strong financial acumen.

• Experience handling large data sets and performing complex numerical analysis.

• Technological proficiency with the ability to understand and articulate IT-related concepts, including systems, APIs, compute, network, storage, and security architecture.

• Proven success in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and negotiation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities across different functions.

• Experience in matrixed, global organizations is preferred.

• Familiarity with data visualization, business modeling, and digital transformation tools is preferred.

• Insight into market trends, customer needs, and industry regulations is preferred.
