This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete hiring process, from the initial briefing to the acceptance of offers.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of functions to effectively question hiring briefs.

• Identify pertinent candidate markets and source candidates directly.

• Evaluate candidate suitability and ensure the hiring process progresses smoothly.

• Modify search strategies based on data and evidence.

• Take ownership of hiring across various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, operations, compliance, risk, and HR.

• Develop direct-sourcing pipelines for specialized and challenging roles.

• Ensure prompt hiring decisions and lead discussions around offers until acceptance.

• Provide evidence-based recommendations when adjustments are needed in profiles, search strategies, or interview methods.

• Collaborate directly with senior leaders, including the founder.

• Contribute to shaping the hiring function within the business and assume broader responsibilities in hiring.

• Experience in managing business or commercial hiring within a high-growth organization.

• A wide-ranging understanding of multiple business functions, demonstrated by successful hiring outcomes.

• Experience in building candidate pipelines, qualifying candidates, managing stakeholders, and finalizing hires.

• Numerical accountability for hiring results, with clarity on actions that influenced these outcomes.

• Proven track record of successfully navigating difficult searches, challenging hiring decisions with evidence, enhancing recruitment processes, and securing challenging offers.
