This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete hiring process for sales, marketing, finance, operations, compliance, risk, and HR roles.

• Engage in direct sourcing and develop proactive talent pipelines for specialized or challenging positions.

• Evaluate candidate suitability and ensure prompt hiring decisions are made.

• Facilitate offer discussions from initiation to acceptance.

• Provide hiring managers with data-driven insights when adjustments to the candidate profile, search strategy, or interview process are necessary.

• Collaborate directly with senior leaders, including the founder.

• Contribute to the evolution of business hiring within a growing Talent Acquisition team.

• Proven in-house leadership of business or commercial hiring in a rapidly expanding company.

• Experience across multiple business functions, demonstrated by successful hiring outcomes.

• Successfully developed talent pipelines, vetted candidates, managed stakeholder relationships, and finalized hires.

• Quantitative accountability for hiring results with a clear understanding of the actions that influenced them.

• Evidence of overcoming challenging searches, advocating for informed hiring decisions, enhancing recruitment processes, and successfully closing difficult offers.
