Business Process Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of pricing frameworks, global discounting strategies, and SKU life cycles.

• Oversee the business-oriented execution of multi-year enterprise system migrations involving Oracle, Agile PLM, and Salesforce.

• Develop detailed documentation for system workflows.

• Facilitate training programs for cross-functional teams.

• Spearhead system hygiene efforts to remove obsolete price lists, inactive accounts, and outdated discount models.

• Collaborate with senior executive leadership to convert strategic business models into operational processes.

• Create scalable go-to-market operational workflows and audit response strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in managing Oracle, Agile PLM, Oracle Cloud PLM, and Salesforce.

• Strong background in comprehensive data ownership, system hygiene, and structured governance of SKU life cycles.

• Proven track record in change management, executive communication, and transitions from agile to cloud platforms.

• Capability to design scalable go-to-market operational workflows and audit response strategies.

• Familiarity with Jira Service Management and modern pricing or billing engine integrations is preferred.

• Direct experience in global field systems, geospatial, or industrial technology sectors is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
