Business Process Analyst – Managed Services, US Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute intricate rebate calculations associated with managed care, Medicaid, and government initiatives.

• Examine monthly and quarterly utilization metrics and convert them into precise, client-ready reports.

• Guarantee precision, punctuality, and adherence to service level agreements (SLA) for assigned tasks.

• Oversee ongoing, production-oriented workloads.

• Assist in client-facing interactions by addressing inquiries and clarifying analyses.

• Collaborate with onshore US teams and internal stakeholders.

• Utilize internal calculation tools and advanced Excel for analysis and reporting purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the US pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.

• Strong foundation in managed care, Medicaid, government pricing, or gross-to-net calculations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex rebate calculations.

• Advanced Excel capabilities are essential.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, production-focused environment with regular deadlines.

• Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers or consulting firms supporting US pharma clients is a plus.

• Familiarity with Model N or similar proprietary/competitor pricing tools is advantageous.

• Previous client-facing or stakeholder management experience is a benefit.

• Relevant industry experience may be accepted in place of formal education.
