Business Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business process requirements.

• Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for automation and enhancement.

• Develop process maps and comprehensive process documentation for RPA development.

• Assist in automation initiatives utilizing Python and RPA tools.

• Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects.

• Test and validate automated solutions to ensure they align with business requirements.

• Oversee multiple initiatives, priorities, and project timelines.

• Convey process insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or a related role.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

• Familiarity with RPA tools and process automation techniques.

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• Six Sigma certification is a plus.

• Experience with Celonis or other process mining tools is advantageous.

• Knowledge of task mining and process simulation is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Automation Anywhere or other RPA automation platforms is a plus.

• Experience in Agile environments is desirable.
