Business Process Analyst – Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Kinaxis platform, ensuring security, role management, and performance monitoring.

• Create tailored logic and calculations.

• Administer data models, mappings, structures, and hierarchies.

• Facilitate data loads, transformations, and validations.

• Develop hypothetical scenarios in alignment with business needs.

• Construct dashboards, reports, and automated processes.

• Manage the Kinaxis Development, Testing, and Production environments alongside corresponding Oracle EBS environments.

• Collaborate with the Development team to integrate Kinaxis with Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.

• Support demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP/IBP processes within the Kinaxis application.

• Collect requirements from Business Analysts and create as well as document technical solutions.

• Serve as a change advocate within the organization.

• Assist with testing, deployments, and continuous production support.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption initiatives.

• Enhance AFL’s global supply chain planning capabilities through the implementation and optimization of Kinaxis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• 5 years of practical experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• In-depth knowledge of demand management and supply chain planning.

• Experience with ERP integration involving Oracle, Salesforce.com, and other enterprise applications.

• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Kinaxis certification is preferred.

• Agile methodology experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM is preferred.

• Knowledge of API and automation is preferred.

• Global enterprise experience is preferred.

• Approximately 25% travel may be required based on business needs.
