Business Payment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new payment partners and manage the initiation of payment projects.

• Establish and nurture relationships with banks, payment providers, and merchants.

• Assist in operational processes within payment sectors to ensure their reliability.

• Monitor essential launch phases, task progress, and implementation schedules.

• Collaborate with technology, finance, and legal teams regarding payment infrastructure issues.

• Keep internal documentation, registries, and spreadsheets updated and well-maintained.

• Manage document flows with partners, including approvals, signatures, and storage.

• Engage with external partners for operational support and ongoing collaboration.

• Take part in enhancing payment processes, payment flows, and provider performance.

• Notify internal teams of any changes that impact payment processes and partner infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the fintech sector or payments industry.

• Knowledge of PSPs, acquiring, payment operations, and processing workflows.

• Background in working with banks, payment providers, or merchants.

• Experience in supporting partners and operational processes within payment projects.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.

• Organized mindset, keen attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Fluent in Russian.
