Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of supplier onboarding and expansion efforts across various regions, including North America, EU, and Asia.

• Manage the execution of system workflows and operational processes utilizing Jaggaer or similar platforms.

• Prepare, organize, and oversee datasets related to procurement, finance, and operations.

• Lead the generation of reports and dashboards through Excel and Power BI.

• Assist in the development of ROI models and analytics projects.

• Identify areas of inefficiency and spearhead initiatives for process improvement.

• Facilitate the automation of workflows and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or systems management.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Knowledge of SQL or Python is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP/SaaS tools is essential.

• Structured approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in process improvement methodologies, including Lean and automation.

• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

• Experience in stakeholder coordination is preferred.

• Support for machine learning and data modeling is preferred.

• Exposure to machine learning concepts is preferred.
