Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to GREWP’s Global Operations teams regarding purchase orders, invoicing, and budget planning.

• Input sustainability and global operations data for GREWP.

• Supervise the final OpEx/CapEx forecasting process.

• Collaborate with the Accounting fixed asset team to examine lease details.

• Support Procurement with operating purchase orders, vendor management, and scouting requests.

• Review and record operating expense accruals.

• Develop vendor-specific OpEx budgets and coordinate with site managers.

• Create and maintain the internal GREWP planning template.

• Engage with site leaders to gather vendor information.

• Validate Finance Admin tasks related to purchase orders, invoices, and receipt processes.

• Analyze Operations account data extracted from A360 at the general ledger level.

• Establish purchase orders, invoicing, and receiving processes.

• Ensure that monthly accruals are accurately recorded.

• Guarantee prompt invoice payments.

• Collaborate with BFM to ensure that purchase orders and invoices align with consolidated account and location budgets and forecasts.

• Assist site managers with vendor payment setups and support them along with the Master Data Management team.

• Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings to address unresolved items.

• Review lease agreements and authorize lease invoices in Tririga.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong skills in planning, organization, and time management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle software.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet and ERP systems is advantageous.

• Capability to manage OpEx/CapEx forecasting and global budget tracking.
