This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to assess reporting requirements and create business intelligence solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytics tools using Smartsheet and related platforms.
• Establish, monitor, and continuously enhance company KPIs across Operations, Service, Project Management, Sales, Engineering, and Business Operations.
• Create automated reporting processes that enhance data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making capabilities.
• Analyze operational trends and business performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancements.
• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the company's Smartsheet environment.
• Develop workflows, automations, forms, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and project execution.
• Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft 365 applications, CRM platforms, project management tools, and other third-party systems.
• Establish governance standards, documentation, and best practices for enterprise-wide reporting and Smartsheet usage.
• Collaborate with department leaders to enhance processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement scalable business solutions.
• Create forecasting and performance measurement tools that support strategic business planning.
• Provide training, coaching, and support for end users throughout the organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert for reporting, analytics, and Smartsheet functionality.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across business intelligence platforms.
• Present findings, recommendations, and business insights to executive leadership.
• A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience performing the required responsibilities.
• Knowledge of how to integrate Smartsheet with third-party applications.
• Ideally experienced in Smartsheet implementation with project-focused teams and service teams.
• Ability to deliver training sessions in a clear, professional manner that encourages learning and adapts to varying knowledge levels as needed.
• Willingness and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and teams (Development, L&D, Support, HR, Regional Management, and Corporate Executive).
• Proven ability to take responsibility and manage development projects and support tasks with minimal supervision.
• Certification in one or more of the following Smartsheet platforms is preferred: Core product certification, System Administration, Project management, Control Center Lead, and Blueprint builder.
• Candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance of an i2G office are strongly preferred.
