This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to determine reporting requirements and create business intelligence solutions.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytics tools utilizing Smartsheet and related platforms.
β’ Establish, monitor, and enhance company KPIs across Operations, Service, Project Management, Sales, Engineering, and Business Operations.
β’ Create automated reporting processes that enhance data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making capabilities.
β’ Analyze operational trends and business performance metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
β’ Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the companyβs Smartsheet environment.
β’ Develop workflows, automations, forms, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and project execution.
β’ Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft 365 applications, CRM systems, project management tools, and other third-party platforms.
β’ Establish governance standards, documentation, and best practices for enterprise-wide reporting and Smartsheet usage.
β’ Work in collaboration with department leaders to enhance processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement scalable business solutions.
β’ Create forecasting and performance measurement tools to aid strategic business planning.
β’ Provide training, coaching, and support to end users.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert on reporting, analytics, and Smartsheet functionalities.
β’ Ensure the accuracy of reporting, data integrity, and consistency across business intelligence platforms.
β’ Present findings, recommendations, and business insights to executive leadership.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in fulfilling the requirements and responsibilities outlined.
β’ Knowledge of how to integrate Smartsheet with third-party applications.
β’ Ideally, experience with Smartsheet implementation in project-focused teams and service teams.
β’ Ability to deliver training sessions in a clear, professional manner that promotes learning and adjusts to varying knowledge levels as necessary.
β’ A strong desire to collaborate effectively with other departments and teams, including Development, L&D, Support, HR, Regional Management, and Corporate Executive.
β’ Proven ability to take responsibility and manage development projects and support tasks with minimal supervision.
β’ Preferably certified in one or more of the following Smartsheet platforms: Core product certification, System Administration, Project Management, Control Center Lead, and Blueprint Builder.
β’ Candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance of an i2G office are highly preferred.
