This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tailored for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear visualizations and comprehensive explanations.
• Utilize BI tools and data analytics software to examine data, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Perform data analysis to extract significant insights from various datasets.
• Compose and execute both ad-hoc and standard SSRS reports to document the results of analyses.
• Employ SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI to manage large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend the business data analysis needs and objectives.
• Assess, analyze, and evaluate business requirements to enhance workflow processes.
• Address issues with Business Intelligence tools and optimize performance, usability, and efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets and reports.
• Organize, categorize, and synthesize data into core issues.
• Identify logical outcomes, alternatives, and solutions based on gathered data.
• Create and maintain applications and automation scripts using Visual Basic (VB).
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• This position is exclusively for current residents of Arizona.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required.
• Experience in data analytics is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Relevant training, coursework, and professional experience related to the position.
• Understanding of software development processes, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, system and user testing, problem-solving, and planning.
• Familiarity with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Proficient in using a PC in a Windows environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visual Basic, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and thriving in high-pressure environments.
• Expertise in MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to effectively synthesize feedback and make necessary adjustments.
• Visual Basic (VB) skills are preferred.
• Interest in AI tools and a willingness to work in environments that utilize AI technologies.
• Capability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and share information appropriately.
• Proficient in problem-solving using analytical skills and relevant data.
