📋 Description

• Convert intricate retail and consumer data into scalable, business-ready solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain processes for data transformation that cleanse, structure, enrich, and convert raw data.

• Construct and enhance scalable data pipelines that support reporting, analytics, automation, and deliverables for clients.

• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency through automation.

• Design and implement solutions for data integration, including Connector Models and Genius Script reporting within Unify.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities and performance.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to data integration and connectors.

• Investigate and apply AI-driven strategies for data preparation, automation, insight generation, and user productivity.

• Work with stakeholders to identify practical AI applications that generate measurable business value.

• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and the sharing of knowledge.

• Collaborate with Client Development, Product, and Operations teams to translate business challenges into scalable data solutions.

• Collect requirements and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, data activation, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data transformation and integration solutions.

• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Strong technical expertise, business insight, and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Ability to convert complex requirements into actionable solutions.

• Capability to connect technical teams with business units.

• Experience with data transformation processes and scalable data pipelines.

• Familiarity with data integration solutions, Connector Models, and Genius Script reporting within Unify.

• Proficient in troubleshooting issues related to data integration and connectors.

• Keen interest in emerging AI technologies and their practical applications.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Successful completion of a background check may be necessary.

• Authorization to work in the USA is required.
