This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee integration tasks across various acquired companies and functional workstreams
• Maintain the comprehensive integration tracker, which includes milestones, responsible parties, dependencies, deadlines, and current status
• Collaborate with functional leaders to assess progress and ensure commitments are met
• Create succinct weekly executive reports detailing completed tasks, items on track, at risk, or behind schedule, blockers, and necessary decisions or interventions
• Identify interdepartmental dependencies and proactively highlight potential issues
• Convert integration strategies into actionable tasks, deadlines, and subsequent steps
• Manage action registers and ensure that decisions and commitments are executed
• Investigate obstacles, ascertain resolution requirements, and escalate when necessary
• Research solutions, compile information, coordinate resources, and recommend next steps for resolvable issues
• Assist with the implementation and administration of CRM and marketing automation tools, including HubSpot
• Monitor marketing performance, campaigns, and lead generation
• Organize sales enablement materials and content
• Assess marketing technology and vendor options
• Manage databases and contact lists
• Coordinate website, content, and campaign initiatives
• Conduct research and competitive evaluations
• Develop repeatable marketing processes and workflows
• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, project coordination, business operations, consulting, sales operations, corporate development support, implementation, or similar fields
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, finance, analytics, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in project or task management
• Proficient in AI, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or project management platforms
• Understanding of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar applications
• Exceptional written communication skills and business acumen
• Experience in developing reports or dashboards for leadership teams
• Residing on the US East Coast to align with Eastern Standard Hours
• Highly organized and proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to create order when priorities or processes are unclear
• Capacity to take initiative without needing constant guidance
• Skilled in effectively prioritizing tasks and following through on commitments
• Comfortable reaching out to individuals, asking questions, and gathering information independently
• Ability to discern when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate concerns
• Quick learner capable of adapting to new systems and concepts
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Willingness to engage in executive-level reporting and tactical execution
• Proactive attitude with the capability to identify solutions and drive results
