This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload independently, ensuring accuracy and excellent client service.
β’ Prepare and submit non-immigrant petitions, including H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 matters.
β’ Assist with immigrant processes such as PERM, I-140 (EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3), I-485, and EB-2 NIW.
β’ Draft compliant support letters for O-1 and L-1A filings, presenting compelling eligibility arguments.
β’ Create basic H-1B letters and straightforward RFE responses.
β’ Prepare comprehensive responses for intricate RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audit responses, complete with organized exhibits and timelines.
β’ Maintain case tracking, calendars, and internal documentation to ensure deadlines are met.
β’ Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders in both English and Spanish as needed.
β’ Provide proactive updates, identify risks early, and ensure cases progress smoothly.
β’ Guarantee that all drafting and client-facing communications are professionally polished and human-written, avoiding reliance on AI-generated messaging.
β’ 2β3+ years of direct experience as a business (employment-based) immigration paralegal in a law firm or corporate immigration setting.
β’ Practical experience in preparing and supporting filings for H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3.
β’ Practical experience with PERM, I-140 (EB categories), and I-485 case support, including managing complex documentation workflows.
β’ Proven ability to independently handle a high-volume caseload with minimal oversight.
β’ Strong legal drafting abilities, including support letters and detailed responses to RFEs/NOIDs/PERM audits.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for client-facing interactions.
β’ Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective deadline management in a fast-paced legal environment.
β’ Experience in drafting support for EB-2 NIW and organizing evidence.
β’ Experience in supporting complex O-1 case strategies, including evidence mapping, exhibit indexing, and narrative development.
β’ Familiarity with common immigration case management systems and disciplined tracking practices.
β’ Previous experience assisting multiple attorneys and clients concurrently within a structured, metrics-driven workflow.
