This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as the main liaison between Climb and designated vendors.
• Keep open lines of communication with vendor channel managers, sales leaders, and partner teams.
• Implement vendor go-to-market strategies aimed at IPP/ICP.
• Conduct regular check-in meetings with vendors to discuss sales performance, pipeline status, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
• Furnish vendors with market insights, reseller feedback, and growth suggestions.
• Drive sales growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Analyze daily sales activities, bookings, pipeline reports, and forecast opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing vendor product adoption.
• Collaborate with Climb's sales representatives to generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor vendor KPIs and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Prospect and onboard new reseller partners.
• Enhance product awareness and usage among current reseller accounts.
• Facilitate reseller onboarding and introduce vendor programs.
• Educate partners on solutions, pricing structures, incentives, and competitive advantages.
• Support reseller sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Review and manage sales pipeline opportunities on a daily basis.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and deal registrations.
• Track high-value opportunities, providing visibility to management and vendor stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive pipeline reports and sales forecasts.
• Monitor end-of-month opportunity watchlists and assist in closing pending deals.
• Maintain product certifications and fulfill vendor training requirements.
• Stay updated on product developments, roadmaps, and new releases.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for assigned vendors.
• Address inquiries related to products, licensing, and programs.
• Provide guidance on solution positioning.
