This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and target organizations that currently have or may need recruitment and talent services.
• Perform outbound business development through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, phone, networking, and more.
• Conduct research to pinpoint hiring managers, HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and senior executives.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Initiate discussions and convey the benefits of recruitment and talent solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings and cultivate opportunities through the sales process.
• Transform prospects into new clients and foster long-term commercial relationships.
• Oversee follow-ups throughout the business development cycle.
• Monitor business development activities, pipeline performance, meetings scheduled, opportunities created, and clients acquired.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and drive repeat business.
• Gain insights into client needs, market trends, and recruitment demands.
• Manage recruitment pipelines supported by automated sourcing and screening processes.
• Review candidate pipelines to ensure candidates progress appropriately.
• Prepare candidate shortlists according to client specifications.
• Assess candidate profiles for suitability.
• Communicate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment processes.
• Assist with recruitment assignments generated from business development efforts.
• Keep accurate records in recruitment and ATS platforms.
• Filipino (Philippines-based) candidate required.
• At least 2 years of outbound B2B business development or sales experience in recruitment, staffing, professional services, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business through outbound prospecting.
• Ability to identify and engage senior decision-makers and arrange qualified meetings.
• Experience in acquiring new clients and fostering strong client relationships.
• Capability to deliver measurable results, including meetings arranged, pipeline generated, revenue, conversion rates, or clients acquired.
• Familiarity with the business development cycle from prospecting and outreach to meetings, proposals, negotiation, and client acquisition.
• Prior experience in selling to the Australian market.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian business landscape and hiring and talent acquisition decision-makers.
• Highly desirable experience in prospecting within financial services, regulated businesses, digital enterprises, technology, or platform businesses.
• Recruitment or staffing experience is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
• Understanding of recruitment processes, candidate pipelines, and ATS platforms.
• Ability to evaluate candidate profiles and prepare relevant shortlists.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with Australian business leaders.
• Proficient in relationship-building, negotiation, influencing, and consultative selling skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Capable of working independently and taking ownership of the sales pipeline and business development results.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, pipeline management, and time management skills.
• Disclose any ongoing roles or client engagements.
