This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Formulate and execute a nationwide business development strategy for NPWT within the out-of-hospital (OOH) sector in Switzerland.
• Discover, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities, care pathways, and partnerships.
• Create scalable business models that promote sustainable revenue growth and increased market share.
• Analyze the OOH market landscape in Switzerland.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with payers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and decision-makers.
• Proactively develop and oversee an OOH network focused on wound care.
• Conduct regular visits to both potential and existing clients.
• Advocate for evidence-based, clinically and economically sound applications of NPWT in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with clinical and sales teams to create value propositions and training initiatives.
• Assist in product launches, pilot projects, and implementations within the OOH environment.
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, clinical specialists, and management.
• Contribute to both national and international projects aimed at enhancing the OOH strategy.
• Ensure structured documentation, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Build and actively cultivate an OOH community dedicated to knowledge sharing and therapy acceptance.
• A degree in healthcare management, business administration, biomedical engineering, nursing science, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the healthcare industry.
• Fluent in German and French, with good proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel across Switzerland.
• Proficient in CRM systems and analytical tools.
• Strong hunter mentality complemented by extensive sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers, direct outreach to potential clients, account development, and achieving ambitious growth objectives.
• An English CV is mandatory.
• A valid driving license is required.
• Experience with NPWT, wound care, or related medical technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, along with an entrepreneurial mindset, are advantageous.
• High self-initiative and a structured working style are beneficial.
• Strong project management skills are an asset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities are preferred.
• Capability to translate complex healthcare structures into actionable business strategies is advantageous.
