This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead outbound sales initiatives targeting specific customers while enhancing both current and new campaigns.
• Identify new sales opportunities through follow-up on inbound leads, as well as outbound cold calls and emails.
• Pursue qualified end-user leads, generate tailored quotes, and determine suitable distributors.
• Evaluate, direct, and progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Assist the outside sales team by managing follow-up on established sales agreements.
• Create and oversee pipeline activity using a structured inside sales approach.
• Handle assigned or expanding distribution accounts.
• Cultivate, maintain, and grow distributor relationships through upselling and cross-selling efforts.
• Equip distribution partners with effective communication strategies, tools, training, and campaign assistance.
• Co-sell on priority projects and broaden existing accounts.
• Take charge of growth strategies within Parking Safety, Medium Duty Mats, and other targeted sectors.
• Develop target account lists and vertical playbooks, executing quarterly campaigns, bundled offerings, and focused product strategies.
• Generate pipeline and close deals through prospecting, qualification, quoting, and advancing opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Independent Manufacturer Representatives for site evaluations, needs assessments, and product education.
• Work alongside Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and other internal teams to acquire new business and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product Management on launches, training, and campaign implementation.
• Stay informed about end-market trends and apply appropriate value propositions to targeted clients.
• Travel selectively for site visits, validation of scope and solution fit, and development of proposals.
• Enhance verbal and written communication, listening, presentation, and phone skills.
• Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneSource, Power BI, and additional CRM and sales tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Capable of quickly building rapport and sustaining strong customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable tools.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven with a robust work ethic and a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with channel sales or distribution-based selling methodologies.
• Experience in developing and implementing account-based campaigns, vertical playbooks, or distributor enablement strategies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for ride-alongs, training, and critical opportunity evaluations.
