This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Develop and enhance myopia management initiatives within eye clinics.
• Promote awareness and understanding among healthcare professionals, opticians, industry organizations, and other relevant parties regarding myopia management.
• Work in conjunction with local Marketing to create a Myopia Management Toolkit, public relations campaigns, and additional resources for parents and healthcare providers.
• Provide education to clinic personnel on MiSight in collaboration with the local Professional Affairs team and assist in certification processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients implementing myopia management systems and establishing the necessary business frameworks.
• Share effective practices regarding CooperVision myopia management products with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather and respond to competitive product information.
• Build, sustain, and direct relationships with CooperVision team members, sales support, and commercial management teams.
• Train ophthalmologists on consultations with parents, patient fittings, and support and follow-up after dispensing.
• Create and nurture an ophthalmologist prescribing network to enhance MiSight adoption.
• Lead Professional Service initiatives, including real-world data collection, clinical publication development, clinical guidelines, and case study evaluations.
• Represent CooperVision's Myopia Management projects by participating in and presenting at ophthalmology conferences.
• Experience in Professional Services with key opinion leader engagement and advocacy development.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of myopia management practices, competitive landscape, and the myopia management sector.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CooperVision CRM solutions.
• Capability to deliver high-quality presentations to various customer group sizes.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in ophthalmology or medical devices is preferred.
• Experience in myopia management is an advantage.
• Proven track record in training and influencing others.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles.
• Proven abilities in customer business development and plan execution.
• Background in ophthalmology, optometry, medical, or pharmaceutical industries is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a background in medical engineering or life sciences is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong sales experience with a record of achieving results may also be considered.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not essential.
