This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Drive sales growth in funded partner and/or partner-specific practice areas.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams and Sales management to penetrate accounts and expand market share.
• Discover solution opportunities through comprehensive book-of-business evaluations.
• Cultivate targeted accounts, including those that are under-penetrated, inactive, or experiencing decline.
• Identify new customer opportunities through data analysis.
• Engage in customer calls to identify, nurture, and close opportunities.
• Partner with field teams to strategically target specific accounts.
• Oversee and engage in deal registration and special pricing initiatives.
• Develop sales enablement programs leveraging front-end pricing insights to enhance backend profitability.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline from initial design to final deployment.
• Propel partner promotions and programs in collaboration with Sales teams.
• Work collaboratively on business development and communication strategies.
• Formulate strategies for growth within business segments and practice areas in conjunction with Sales management.
• Design approaches to optimize partner programs and profitability.
• Participate in industry and manufacturer training sessions.
• Obtain partner certifications through designated online or onsite training.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of technical training for sales organizations.
• Mentor sales teams on practice-area technologies.
• Execute other assigned tasks and special projects.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Employer sponsorship or transfer of employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Cisco WebEx, and applicable internal business systems.
• Possess IT aptitude and a strong commitment to ongoing learning and application of the latest technologies.
• Familiarity with partner-specific technology.
• Knowledge of practice-area technologies and corresponding product solutions.
• Ability to stay updated and provide training on relevant technology areas.
• Experience in account planning with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Capable of effectively informing, educating, and showcasing value propositions to customers.
• Proficient in delivering IT solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and meeting expectations for both internal teams and clients.
• Strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and actively engage with customers.
