This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Operate with minimal oversight from the relevant Manager of Product Management.
• Actively enhance sales within funded partner and/or specific practice areas.
• Collaborate directly with Sales teams and management to penetrate accounts and expand market share.
• Discover solution opportunities through reviews of the book of business.
• Develop focus accounts, which may include those that are under-penetrated or inactive/declining.
• Utilize data analysis to identify new customer opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and participate in customer calls to identify, nurture, and close opportunities.
• Work alongside partners and field teams to target specific accounts.
• Oversee and engage in special pricing programs to maximize deal registration opportunities.
• Design sales-enablement programs that support front-end pricing and back-end profitability.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline from initial design to deployment.
• Propel partner promotions and initiatives in collaboration with Sales teams.
• Collaborate on business development and communications with Sales teams.
• Strategize with Sales management on approaches to expand business segments and practice areas.
• Monitor plan progress and share successful strategies with Sales teams and management.
• Formulate strategies to optimize partner programs and enhance company profitability.
• Stay updated with current technology knowledge and achieve necessary certifications.
• Participate in industry and manufacturer training sessions.
• Assist in developing and delivering technical training for sales organizations.
• Guide sales teams on technologies relevant to practice areas.
• Carry out additional assigned responsibilities or special projects.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Employment visa sponsorship or sponsorship takeover is not available.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Cisco WebEx, and pertinent internal business systems.
• Possess IT aptitude with a strong desire to continuously learn and apply the latest technologies.
• Familiarity with partner-specific technology is required.
• Knowledge of practice area technologies and related product solutions is essential.
• High aptitude for staying current and training on relevant technology areas.
• Account planning skills with experience in upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Capability to clearly inform, educate, and demonstrate the value proposition to customers.
• Ability to provide IT solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Proven track record in managing projects and meeting expectations both internally and with clients.
• Strong execution skills are necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with sales teams and engage customers.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Willingness to attend relevant industry and manufacturer training.
• Ability to obtain partner certifications through assigned online or onsite training.
