This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and manage a designated portfolio of specific healthcare accounts.
• Create new business opportunities and foster client relationships.
• Conduct research on assigned accounts, including their organizational structure, anesthesia delivery models, decision-makers, staffing challenges, and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and financial leaders, as well as senior decision-makers.
• Engage in prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate meetings and opportunities.
• Navigate the intricate decision-making structures of health systems.
• Leverage market intelligence, benchmarking, surveys, and educational content to facilitate relevant discussions.
• Hold discovery meetings focused on anesthesia staffing models, workforce challenges, financial considerations, and priorities.
• Align Krewe’s staffing and workforce solutions with client needs.
• Develop and implement account plans through proposals, contracting, and execution.
• Collaborate with recruiting, provider services, credentialing, and internal teams to assess opportunities and formulate deliverable solutions.
• Partner with CHG teams and business units to expedite opportunities.
• Maintain precise account, contact, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Manage sales activities and pipeline in accordance with performance expectations.
• Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, account strategy discussions, and sales training sessions.
• Represent Krewe at industry conferences, client meetings, and business development initiatives.
• Safeguard and maintain confidential information pertaining to the company, providers, and clients.
• College-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, account development, or a related client-facing role, with a proven track record in developing new relationships and generating business opportunities.
• Experience working within a structured sales process and CRM environment.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly comprehend complex organizations, business issues, and healthcare workforce challenges.
• Solid business acumen and the capability to engage confidently and credibly with senior healthcare leaders.
• Exceptional discovery and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adaptable and versatile, with the judgment to modify communication style and approach as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and a complex sales cycle.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable operating within a performance-driven sales environment.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across internal teams.
• Open to coaching, with the ability to test new approaches and continuously enhance performance.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare services, or complex B2B sales.
• Preferred: experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or other complex organizations.
• Preferred: experience managing named or strategic accounts and utilizing Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
