This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create a sales pipeline through customized, account-focused outreach.
• Identify and investigate potential clients and key decision-makers using LinkedIn, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo.
• Execute strategic outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media platforms.
• Build and sustain a territory pipeline of qualified leads.
• Achieve or surpass individual quotas and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Evaluate prospect suitability utilizing BANT qualification criteria.
• Arrange meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and the Sales Leader on territory strategies, account mapping, and outbound initiatives.
• Establish rapport with prospects by comprehending industry challenges and providing customized solutions.
• Share product information and customer success stories.
• Work in tandem with Sales and Marketing to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
• Offer market insights to internal teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Co-create account-based outreach strategies alongside Account Executives.
• Maintain precise lead records, activities, and reporting in Salesforce.
• Monitor outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline development.
• Analyze and optimize outreach strategies.
• Report directly to the Manager of Business Development.
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly with enterprise clients, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and industry trends is desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed (10-20%).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to critically evaluate market opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships and manage objections.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Capacity to manage stress effectively.
• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
• Highly process-oriented, focusing on consistency and continuous improvement.
• Must successfully clear a background check.
• Participation in mandatory security and privacy training is required.

• Must safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States, as confirmed by participation in E-Verify.
